Crab Cottage
The ground floor comprises an “L” shaped open plan lounge and dining area.
The lounge area contains a feature bay window from which you can gains views of the estuary and the surrounding coutryside, including the Iron Bridge on the Camel trail.
The lounge is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, side tables and lamps, local padstow artwork adorn the walls. Entertainment is provided by a large screen 3D smart TV (48″), with Blu Ray player and HDD recording built into the TV. A selections of books, guide books, games and DVD’s can also be found in the cottage.
The dining area comprises a large solid oak dining table along with four chairs and a solid oak sideboard.
Just off of the dining area is the excellently equipped kitchen with granite work tops, glass splashbacks and integrated Neff appliances (induction hob, slide and hide oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer.) and Bosch microwave. These are complemented by a Dualit Kettle and Toaster.
The master bedroom has views of the estuary and surrounding countryside, the bedroom benefits from a King size bed and generously sized bedside tables with side lamps and a DAB clock radio. A 32″ 3D Smart TV can be found on the wall which has a recording and pause facility. The bed is dressed in 200TC Egyptian cotton.
The second bedroom contains two full-size single oak beds along with bedside tables and lamps, an oak tall boy and oak wardrobe. The beds are dressed in 200TC Egyptian cotton. A DAB clock radio can be found in the bedroom along with a 19″ smart TV on the wall.
The bathroom can be found on the first floor, and comprises a large walk-in shower with a ceiling mounted rainfall shower head plus a multi mode fixed wall shower head and a hand held shower wand.
The bathroom is completed by a wall hung vanity unit with a large drawer for all your toiletries and a wall hung WC. The bathroom also benefits from a large illuminated mirror complete with a demister and shaver socket, underfloor heating and a large towel radiator for those gloriously warm towels when you want to dry yourself.
Outside you will find a pleasant garden ideal for whiling away an hour or two, a solid hardwood table and chairs is provided along with a charcoal fired barbeque ideal for those alfresco dining occasions. A lockable shed is also available for those people who wish to bring along their bikes.
